if this is
the right fit.

No pitch, no pressure. The first session is a real conversation — we talk through where you are, what you want, and whether working together makes sense. If it doesn’t, I’ll tell you.

Common questions

What people usually ask before booking.

How is this different from therapy?

Therapy works with the past to heal. Coaching works with where you are now to move forward. I’m not diagnosing or treating anything — I’m helping you get clear, get unstuck, and take action. My org psych background means sessions are rigorous and structured, not open-ended processing.

How is this different from a career counselor?

Career counselors typically help with job searches, resumes, and industry navigation. I work at a deeper level — on the clarity, identity, and internal blockers that determine whether any career move actually sticks.

Who do you typically work with?

Mostly Director-level professionals in tech and consulting who have built successful careers and hit a point where something isn’t working — burnout, a ceiling, a transition they can’t seem to make. They’re high-achievers who are stuck in ways they can’t fully see from the inside.

How long does coaching take?

Most clients work with me for three to six months. We start with a 90-minute foundation session, then meet bi-weekly for 50 minutes. Structured enough to build momentum, flexible enough to follow what actually matters.

What if I’m not sure coaching is right for me?

That’s exactly what the free session is for. We’ll talk, I’ll be honest about whether I think coaching — and working with me specifically — is a good fit, and you can make an informed decision. No commitment required.
